Oak View Landing is a unique development in Niceville, Florida, offering tiny home and manufactured home rentals, as well as recreational vehicle parking. Each of our 38 tiny homes feature 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in approximately 900 square feet of living space.
Oak View Landing boasts a quiet, friendly and comfortable atmosphere, making it ideal to call home. Conveniently located for young families, Oak View Landing is nestled on the corner of Bailey Drive and 27th Street walking distance from the Okaloosa School District's James E. Plew Elementary School.
Eagles Landing is Huff Homes' newest project in Niceville, Florida, offering rental cottages for suitable for individuals, couples, and small families. Our cottages homes, also known as
tiny homes, are approximately 900 square feet and modeled with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms per unit. Each brick home features stainless steel appliances and beautiful finishes including wood flooring and modern cabinetry.
Convenient to Niceville High School and the best of Niceville's shopping and restaurants, Eagles Landing is off of East John Sims Parkway on Juniper Avenue behind McDonald's and Jim 'N Nick's Barbeque.
