It is one thing to build an excellent home. It is another to hire the right people to make the home buying process enjoyable. In my strong opinion, most builders undervalue the latter. In Huff’s case, you get it. Case in point: Huff has hit a homerun in Kennie. Kennie’s positive energy and excellent communication skills made our transition to ownership a very enjoyable experience. It was as if Kennie was equally excited for us to live in this beautiful home.
He is patient. He is kind. He is knowledgeable. He is professional. Kennie cares.In my estimation, Huff could get by with lackluster performance in such a booming market. But, you and I know this market will cool. And when it does, buyers will still come back to Huff. At least we will. Why? Because your product AND your personnel. Kennie was our family’s second first impression of Huff homes. And, it could not have been any better.
