I am remiss in not sending this sooner. Shortly before hurricane Sally arrived, I discovered a leak in one of the bedrooms. Not really expecting a positive response, since our house was built in 2014, I sent a text to your office. Didn’t have any response for several days… then one morning Rick showed up, saw the leak, went up in the attic and found what the problem was. He then crawled up on the roof and fixed the leak around the chimney stack. Afterward, he made a call to Juan and arranged for him to be here Monday at 8 a.m. to repair the ceiling. Monday at exactly 8 a.m., Juan showed up and did a great job of repairing, patching and painting where the leak was. Now, it is impossible to see where the leak occurred.
This response was way above what I was expecting. I sincerely want to thank you. Trying to locate some one to do this on my own was a daunting task for me. I will be happy to cover the cost of this repair if you will please let me know the amount. And please pass on to Rick and Juan my thanks for a job well done.
We certainly made the right choice in building with Huff Homes.
